welll... you shoudl be able to do it if u have a connecting cable with two gameboys (assuming its gameboy) have silver in one and saphire in other and go to poke centre ( the place u revive) and go to computer in building...

i dont think you can..since they're about 4 years apart from each other; they're incompatible.
