8 weeks ago, I was called and I was told that I won a $1,000 from the tv show According to Jim. I entered that contest during the second week of September and I still haven't got the prize money yet. What is taking so long for me to get my prize money?
Our local affiliate started broadcasting syndicated episodes of According to Jim back in September, that was why ABC started giving away $1,000 just for tuning in to my local affiliate that was broadcasting the show. Any advice for me on how to get my money? Thanks.

I won a prize from a magazine like a month and a half ago and they said it was in the mail and I still haven't got it. If I were you I'd ring the network or whoever was running the competition and see what the hold up is. Tell them when you got the phone call and the name of the person who rang if you can remember it. Keep hassling them till you get your money.
