Open my computer, open c drive, and open program files. This folder has all the programs that r installed on ur harddrive.

Hello Friend , Simply Connect it to your computer > Data Cable and Power one then Windows Xp if you use it . . . it will Explore it then you will be able to browse its contents . . . Its Very Easy If you good with computers and many people do it every day . . .

I have no clue. But if you are having trouble, call your ISP (Internet Service Provider). They will be able to help u w/ any type of Internet and/or computer problem.
