he just moved in and ii explained the rules to him that this is not a party house or a hotel for his friends or random girls. he has had a girl over for four days now and i asked him 2 days ago she had to leave and he stil dioesnt listen and shes here today again when i get home from work in my bedroom on my computer. he doesnt even pay rent right now and he is unemployed

you need to find a new roomate that is willing to help you out financially and that will fllow the rules... kick him out but in a polite way ..tell him its not working out.. GOOD LUCK

Get a lock for your door, write up a contract with the house rules and rent agreements stated clearly and make him sign in or he can get out. Find a roommate that respects you and your wishes.

Maybe you need to take some legal action. And his girlfriend should not be in your space messing with your personal belongings.

give him so long to find to find some place else to live if he isnt out by than put his stuff to the curb and change the locks
