Hell no.
Yes, I have my lip pierced, a labret AND monroe (oh no, double skankiness!) and I love them. If people are going to judge me as being a skank and tacky simply because I have these piercings then I have no use for them. There's more to me than what I have in my face and if that's all people see when they see me then that shows their true character.
Back to your question and I'm being VERY honest here, yes I think it would look good but ultimately the decision is yours. By the sounds of things though you're more concerned how others think it will look. If that's the case then don't get it.
Obviously you can not care what others think. If this is something you truly want to do for yourself and no one else then go for it, other wise hold off and do something else that the world will approve of.

It wont look good, they never do... well maybe if the hole is made by a gun, but other then that no. But of course I dont know how to base it on if I like them or not. Take the 50 hottest women on the planet & put rings in their faces & you now have 50 more skanks plain & simple. Lemme check the SI Swimsuit Issue, wow some really pretty girls yet not a ringed face in the lot.

Im not a fan of facial piercings, except ears an thoungue, cuz in my oppinion not the metal part hanging around looks awfull, but the hole in ur face, that will never go away.
And by looking on your pic, i would say ur too cute to get a piercing ;)

Based on your picture, I think you're beautiful just the way you are.
I'd skip it.
If you want more bling, get something that doesn't interrupt the beauty that's already there.

I dont think you should on most people it looks very tacky. it is appealing plus they are really hard to kiss with.

get a ring that would fit there, and just hold it there, wear it there for a little while and ask some people, or take a pic and post it again, and ask again.

I've got a few piercings...However, I've always thought lip piercings are tacky...I vote no...
