Go to www.myspace.com
Theres a little icon that says sign up, click on that.
Answer all the questions it asks...or the ones with the asterick next to the field. Then give them your CORRECT email address. After that, myspace will give you a confirmation email after you press finish. and then click on the link in the confirmation email and voila your myspace. myspace i overrated. Theres really no need for it.

Need to go to My space website and go from there. I believe you will need an e-mail address. The rest is self explanatory.

go to www.myspace.com and click home one ur home under the login box theres somthing that says sign up then u make it from there
