I know it will have four fluorines, but i don't know if it is a central fluorine with three fluorines and a CH3 surrounding it, a carbon with four fluorines, something else?

All of the other answers are correct. Imagine a C sitting at the top of a tripod of three F's. Then imagine an F pointing stright up from the C.

The C is in the middle with 4 F all around in a tetrshedron shape.
