Because a lot of Celebrities do that to their assistants they ask them for illegal drugs or to sleep with them.
But I don't want to do that, so if I refuse will I get fired?

if you do get fired it will look good on your next job aplication. honey you do not have to be a drug dealer or a prostitue to hold a job in the united states so don't let them force you to. there are other jobs where you don't have to contend with abuse like that. and if they try to make you do that sue them for sexual harassment.

I supposed it depends on who you work for, and that would have to be a consideration before you accepted a job. If you're really against supplying drugs to someone, then you should make sure that whoever you're working for would either not do drugs at all, or not ask you to get them. For example, I wouldn't recommend working for Lindsay Lohan or Courtney Love (if you believe the gossip).
As for sleeping with them, it's sort of the same idea - though you MIGHT be able to sue them for sexual harassment, if you could prove it, which would most likely be difficult to do.
Celebrities are just people - you could work for a "normal" person (a CEO or politician) and still get these requests. I think that if you truly want to be a personal assistant, you need to 1)make a list of things you are not willing/able to do before you start looking for a position, and 2) address these issues with any potential employer in the intial stages of the interviewing process.

Likely, you will get fired. If not, then the next most likely thing is that the person will make it near impossible for you to continue working there, like by playing psychological games with you. By making you quit, you will not be able to prove that they abused you, harrassed you. If you try to sue them for anything, then you will just look like a money-grubber.
I'm sorry. Your situation sux, I suppose. If indeed you are a celebrity assistant.

You might get fired if he finds someone else that he's interested to sleep with. I guess. I don't think this happens much though. And the drug thing, I'd rather get fired rather than being sentenced to jail

well u certainly could, i guess it would depend on if they wanted u for that reason or they were just testing u. hopefully u will never have to find out. i'm sure they won't fire u on the spot as the unemployment people would frown on that as a reason to fire u, but would find some other reason within a short time.
