It's pretty hard to compare and contrast anything if you haven't read it, so I would suggest you read Midsummer Night's Dream, and get quotes that have something to do with your argument, instead of just soliciting any old quotes.

here's a link to quotes from (the movie) A Midsummer Night's Dream: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0140379/quotes . if you want quotes from Romeo and Juliet too, go to the same site and search for the movie quotes. BUT i'm not sure if the scripts for both movies are 100% faithful to shakespeare's text.

comparing and contrasting both works is easy if you just know the basic gist of the stories...i.e. R & J is a tragedy while AMND is a comedy. i'm sure you'll do great on your paper.

good luck!

you chose one difficult piece of work to do a compare and contrast essay especially on plays that are hundreds of years old in shakespearean language.... if you could i would change it because you need to read and understand the plays before you can compare the two.. what are you comparing? you have your work cut out for you hun.
