You could work for a gov. regulating agency like the water board or the air board. You could work in an industrial facility as an environmental technician and help keep the facility in compliance with the regulations. You could work for the forest service studying different parts of the ecosystem. You could work for an independent consulting firm and contract your services to different groups, industry, commercial, or govenrment depending on your emphasis and their need. There are a lot of options...those are just off the top of my head.
