Its been 5 weeks since conception would have occured and I have had a period. I went to the doc. for a blood test and it had zero HCG. Should I trust that?

yes blood tests are very accurate your not pregnant

they are VERY accurate, if you receive a negative I'm sorry to say your not pregnant at this time

Yes you should trust that, you obviously are not pregnant.
