I agree. Peyton has done nothing special all year except set some records for QB/WR combos. L.T is the one who just set a record for most touchdowns in a 5 game span with 15 touchdowns. L.T. is clearly the MVP of this season.

You are probably right, but those FedEx awards mean next to nothing, along with the NBC player of the week awards and even the NFL players of the week. Those awards go no where in deciding who wins the MVP at the end of the year, the idea is for the voters to look at cumlitive totals and effects the players had on thier teams on the yearly basis, not just weekly basis. Peyton is probably for the next few years gonna be the preseason favorite to be MVP, and its gonna take a lot for another player to overtake him, but LT is really putting up numbers at an alarming rate and is probably close to achieving the favorite status

Ax for the ordinary time ever you're making sense, you're able to of complete actual college soccer. it particularly is actual Peyton hasn't had a terrific 12 months even with the indisputable fact that MVP electorate like to furnish him the award by way of reality they are particularly obsessed with him there like "assume Peyton with 5 MVP's no 6 could be 7 OMG!" whether he would not deserve it. this would not be the ordinary time Peyton Manning gained an MVP award he did no longer deserve One MVP season 27 touchdowns 12 INT's he gained vs 34 touchdowns and 11 INT's via way of Phillip Rivers. And the he gained with 33 touchdowns and sixteen INT's vs chris johnson, brett favre turning the vikings into winners, and drew brees. he's the main puffed up QB of all time and is the main extreme choker in league historic previous.

I think that is definitely a tight race between those 2 for MVP. And I haven't decided yet who is more deserving....i'll wait until it's closer to the end of the season for that.
But to try and answer your question "why people say Manning is"....in my opinion without Manning, the Colts would, AT BEST, be a .500 team....someone like that any other year would stand out for MVP...but this year...there just happens to be a RB standing out too....it'll be interesting to see who gets it...
I think both the Colts and the Charger have a good shot at the Superbowl...and I have a feeling that whoever gets there will get MVP

Peyton Mannings team has a better record thank LT's team, at least 2 games better. If you take away Peyton, the Colts would be a way worse team than if you took away LT. Even though Tomilson has put up monster numbers the last 4 weeks.

Why is it obvious? We are only going into Week 11. Still plenty of time. Indy are 9-0 after all.
I think LT is currently tops but 6 more weeks is a long time.

Thats a really good question. Its probally because Manning is on the overrated Colts. But not to worry he will CHOKE!!! Than the MVP can go to LT.

Because the Colts are undeafeted.
I would be surprised if Manning beat our LT for MVP, even if the Colts would somehow stay undefeated. LT is having an outstanding year. (I've got LT for fantasy. Oh yeah)
