This line means optimistic and healthy approach to life.
Any moment in life, whether you are happy or not, has its bounties for one no matter what. God always ensures that whether one is in pleasure or pain the world is and will not become "all that bad" for anyone. There is always at least 1 safe and right door left open for everyone any time.
The line means the following art of life :
1. Do not get troubled by the problems. Do not get stressed or excited. Relax, think rationally and the solution will come to one.
It is through our being tensed that we do not find the right solution and execute it tenaciously.
2. Life is always beautiful. Sometimes faced by problems we cease to realize this. But look around, calm yourself down and at times you need to take decisions think rationally. God ensures a lot of beauty will be around you no matter at what time - times of pleasures or times of pains. See and appreciate this beauty. Get your poise of mind back. And you will be able to make your life more beautiful for yourself (and the world).

I don'no what to make out of the questions.If you ask straight I can answer straight.I am sorry i am not very good at reading between lines. Ya, took some time to think and got the other question too.U don't have to bother about what others are doing BAD or GOOD. The million dollar qoes to ask is 2 u'r self.U ever heard that song by Lionel richie " we are the world ,we are the people, we are the ones who make a brighter day so lets start giving."?????Bottom line in my opinion is that.

As it was said by Anne Frank, I think her meaning is very clear. Despite all the horrible things her and her family endured, she still believed that there was good things about life instead of dwelling on the bad things she choose to remember all the things in life that are beautiful, special or made it worth living.

Be happy with what's here. I really like this saying, but it is one that is hard to follow, becuase you can't truly enjoy the beuty of the environment with all the construction workers fulfilling the demands of people By cutting down and killing trees. That will end up killing the human race.
