Find a Realtor in the area that you're thinking of. ALL FHA and VA foreclosures get listed on the MLS, and almost all of the conventional ones too. If you find a bank vice president in charge of the REO department that has foreclosures that he has not listed with a Realtor, keep in mind that you're dealing with someone who is not graced with much intelligence. The smart ones know that they'll get the most for their properties by listing with a Realtor.

Good luck. Do get approved first. When the right house becomes available, they're not going to sit around waiting for you to go see if you can get a loan.

try the bank u r affiliated with on there website. or any bank or mortgage company for that matter.
