Yes, actually the Walt Disney Company's theme colors are the colors of Mickey Mouse. Black (Mickey's head and ears,) red (Mickey's shorts,) and yellow (the buttons on the shorts and Mickey's shoes.) Chris C. is correct.

I watched a show about the creation of the Disney Cruise Line, and that's why the ships are painted black, red, and yellow. Actually, the life boats are yellow. Legally, they's supposed to be orange so they can be seen by helicopters. The Walt Disney Company had to get permission to paint them a golden-yellow color (one that pilots agreed could be seen from a helicopter.)

The company uses the Mickey colors. Red, yellow, and black. Theses can be found on most stationary throughout the company. Red is the primary company color but they use all in the office decorations, cubicles, walls, etc.
I've worked for several divisions of the Disney Company but I've never seen anything official. I'm sure the different Marketing divisions have some guild lines they use.

No, but if it had to be something, I think it would be red, white, and black, because those are basically the colors that Mickey Mouse wore/is.
