go to http://www.youtube.com/index

find a video that you want to put on your myspace,

copy the embed. code

paste the embed code into a field in the edit your profile section of your myspace

save all changes

and there you have it,

Theres a coad in on the you tube and you just cut and copy it over to where you want it in your profile. I just copy the coad into the people i would like to meet section
