Yes. I know how to put electricity into them when I'm trying to turn somebody on with them. It works. People can feel it. I know it sounds weird but I really can psyche myself up into creating a charge in my finger tips. I've blown lightbulbs occasionally and got static shocks from this phenomenon. I'm serious!
