a harder question, how much money is in all the stock markets in the world combined? in U.S. Dollars. Thats a tough one eh?

At the start of 2004, total U.S. securities amounted to $33.4 trillion (50 percent of the world total). The market is up almost 20% since then so I would estimate about $40 trillion.

Real Gross Domestic Product (in 1997 dollars) for Canada is 1.157Trillion dollars last year...... any other questions???
