Last year I did, How does the type of anti acid effect the rate at which it is absorbed? All you have to do is put some vinegar in a couple of cups, use TUMS, Rolaids and a cheap brand form the dollar store. Then you time how long it takes for each on to dissolve. I go a 99 on it so maybe it is going to be good enough for you.

The solar system, it is easy and the easiest thing to understand in science. What you can do is get a poster and draw the solar system, or you could do a PowerPoint. It is quick and easy and a guaranteed A.

Don't do anything with living things like plants or animals. Try how fast a toy car goes down various ramp angles or something like that. Those can't go wrong.
