I took DRIVERS EDUCATION, something I think should be mandatory everywhere! Between that and a lot of experience, common sense and not talking on the cell phone(so I can pay attention to what is going on around me), would have quite a lot to do with me being a good and safe driver!
Any one can be a Good Driver, if they PAY THEIR ATTENTION DUES! You have to watch out for the other driver(s), they may not be watching out for you!

Because I have not had a ticket since 1968, no accidents and close to 2 million miles on the road. No real trick other than always watching out for the other person, obeying traffic laws, and using good judgment and never exhibiting road rage.

I am a good driver because I am aware of the road, the side of the road, what is coming up ahead. I have excellent peripheral vision and I am ready for anything. I am mindful of my own mortality and that is the most important thing.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a woman and I am a terrible driver, I'm like a man reckless always speeding cutting people up music blazing totally ignorant to other drivers but you know what??..................................................
I am ALWAYS in control of my car!!
women are safer drivers and better by law, men are reckless but better because they can control the car!

Because I pay attention to all around me and because I really don't want to pay a ticket for being stupid. Obeying the law is free, breaking it costs money and I am not rich. Also, I really, really, really don't like pain. Accidents are painful.
