It's unexplainable difficulty in consciously identifying thoughts and ideas...

I doubt there's a word for it and I need to make up a word, preferrably from latin or greek...

Remember, it's nothing to do with memory, it's newly generated thoughts and ideas which the subject is aware of but cannot explore...

It's a difficult question, but try: "Dysskepsithymia"

Dys - difficult(y), as in dyslexia etc
Skepsi - thought, as in skeptical etc
Thymia - condition of the mind, as in alexithymia etc

All 3 have Greek origins. Hope this suits your cause!

deasperd (De aS BEarD)- "deas" comes from the spanish word "ideas" which litterly means "thought" and "perd" also comes from a spainsh word, which is "perde" which means "lost" so you get basicly "thought lost" or "lost thought"
