ugh i hate math...
I know it would be something like 27t, but what would be the exponent for t?

(3t^4)(9t^0)
t^0 is just 1.
= (3t^4)(9)
= 27t^4

t^0 = 1

3t^4*9 = 27t^4 = t(3t)^3

Anytime you're multiplying a variable against itself, but raised to whatever power, just add the exponents:
(Cx^a)(Dx^b)=CDx^(a+b)

And if you divide, you subtract:
(Cx^a)/(Dx^b)=C/Dx^(a-b)
