I posted a question here some days ago and was getting some really sensible answers. Yesterday I get an email from Yahoo telling me that it has been removed due to "PROFANITY". Why?

The question centered around British Prisoners being paid £750,000 compensation because they were not given drugs that they were addicted to while in prison, this they say making them suffer Cold Turkey.
I have emailed Yahoo for their reasoning but as yet I have not received their findings. Whats your opinion

I can only express surprise that your question was banned. It raised a legitimate concern, as it seems absurd first that such large sums of compensation should be paid in the first place to people who upon release will obviously be approached by contacts with an invitation to spend it on further drugs and secondly that it should be paid as compensation for something which cannot be termed as an offence or wrong against them, inasmuch as it would have been unlawful for prison officers to have administered the drugs in question to them and under the influence of such drugs they would have posed grave security issues. I for one am glad that you raised it and sorry that it has been suppressed.

In the U.S. the cost to feed and house a prisoner is more than what a person or a couple receives in social security payments. Inmates have healthcare, free meals, TV, telephones and air conditioning. There are many good people who don't have these. Does this make any sense?

Why indeed, I would like to know. where is the profanity? It is a good question. after all they are in prison to be helped to see the error of their ways, not to be paid money because they can't take drugs that probably put them there in the first place. It ought to be taken out of the peoples money who made this case, not out of the taxpayers who are yet again the victims.

No that's only laughable that individuals in a roundabout way have faith by resorting to the comparable sort of methods of the enemy we are any further effective than them. Torture has been shown time and time returned in diverse analyze to offer erroneous information. The prisoners will only say what they think of you prefer to pay attention or lie thoroughly to end the soreness. additionally waterboarding has been seen torture for various hundred years so the controversy upon that's slightly ridiculous it needless to say violates the Geneva conventions.
