Probably becuase the class is boring. Try taking notes so that you will have to focus. And try getting more sleep and a good breakfast.

getmore sleep and put a higher regard or priotory on your learning thainking thatit will give you better rewards if you take time to focus in on rewards of this. You cant truly be focused on more than one thing ata time so if its a boy friend then concentrate on him when you are with him an on calss when in class. Mixed concentration willnever produce the same rewards as single minded attention.
It a boy friedn or soemthin gis actually tearing you away form postitive life experiences (although class may not always seem like one) then its time to let that relationship or desire go for sure as well

If it's only some classes and not all you're having problems concentrating it's probably because of your interest level on the subject. Try to imagine the significance of the subject in your life now or future and maybe you can get yourself going.
Or maybeit's because of that boy you keep looking at in class.

When u want to success in life, have a good level of culture,be special.
when u dream 2 have a good Job in the future, u can focus in the most boring subject u have.....trust me.
i had the same problem in the past, but when i though of what i can be in the future if i continued in this way,
all the things have been changed.

welcome to my world
i droped all the hard classes and the only subject i cant do now is chemistry but the teacher explains everything really well to me unlike teachers before who didnt have time for the people who werent science nerds
anyways, i would advise lots of sleep and eating healthy makes you concentrate too, but most importantly DRINK LOTS OF WATER and yawn too b/c thats the body sending more oxygen to the brain so it can stay alert - see im a smart one now =)
good luck with it =)

Hi M&M!
I'm not sure if you got my reply from the other board, but if you want me to tutor you, my IM is flyingpinkpig319. I'm on a lot- especially in the evenings Eastern Standard Time.
Get on, and we can work out a schedule :)

you might have ADD. If you do try taking notes and asking the teacher questions during class that way you can stay focus in class.
