"The Exorcist"- There's a scene where the possessed girl does things to a crucifix (you can watch it to see what she's doing if you don't know), and things are flying around the room when the mother comes in. The door slams shut and she turns her head all the way around! I've seen it tons of times, and it still creeps me out. Of course the whole movie does.
2. "The Sixth Sense"- OK, maybe this isn't the scariest, but the first tim I saw the ending, I had chills all over.
3. "The Grudge"- When that damn woman comes creeping up the bedsheets making that weird groaning sound!
