Change your surroundings - go for a walk, take a shower or bath, go do some shopping, go to a friends house, or if all else fails go to sleep. Sleep is good medicine for virtually anything.

Talk it out to anyone, chat sites, over the phone or in person. Talking about the problem is kind of healing and even if it doesn't make you feel instantly better it will give you other options

i draw (do some crafts), or work on my computer, read , watch a movie, and sometimes i dance a bit or just listen to music!
you know just do something that you like!

when i am really angry, i work out hard, when i am a bit sad, i wash all my dirty clothes manually, it really help, it got throw a hard break up once, i washed clothes till my hands were white and wrinkled, try doing a physical activity.

prayer. because after you do you will understand everything. like why your down and why you shouldnt be. what exactly happened..etc. the things you feel you will understand.

i soak my white clothes in clorox and make them real white then i dry them and iron them. i guess its my way of ridding crap.
