I'm *not* a football fan (and NEVER will be!!!), but I don't understand why people are more interested in the EPL than Copa America. I think Copa America is more interesting as they play freestyle. I asked a friend a few weeks ago, and he said that because the EPL has a lot of star players, and the Copa America is, well, rough. I was like, rolling my eyes, "So what? I'd choose to watch a good freestyle game over Beckham any day!"

the EPL is faster paced, with better fundamental soccer. I'd say it's rougher than the copa america.
I see the copa america as unorganized and often times stupid soccer. There are better ways to accomplish the things that some of the Copa players are doing, although it's fun to see one man try to take on all 11... why? It's not better for either team
The EPL is also the oldest league in the world

We can not compare EPL vs Copa America, they are in different categories. You can compare EPL vs Brasil League, EPL vs Argentina League or EPL vs Mexican League.
And my answer is: EPL is EPL!!!
It is the best thing about football in the world.

uhhh.....Beckham doesn't play in EPL, and football is amazing, EPL is big because SERIEA is now boring because juventus in seriaB and milan started with -9 points, and epl has great players, its just fun too watch.

EPL has more poster players. So TV stations get more sponsorship to show those games!
