The anemia that that person is talking about above me is the RH factor where your baby's blood does not mix witih yours and your husbands and is completely fatal. Thats why your body may have expelled the fetus, but go to the doctor and explain these things. Just becuase your doctor couldn't figure it out doesn't mean his is right. There is such a thing called misdiagnosed...so try seeing someone else if you aren't satisfied.
Goodluck!

Cheer up, your chances are very good.
I have a sister in-law that had 3 miscarriages withing 18 months period and after that she conceived and what a healthy hunk she gave birth to! He's 6 now, and healthy as ever. And then, 2 years later, she had another child, a girl. Theyre' perfect!
Sorry about your miscarriages, but maybe you can find some encouragement from this.

Oh, and remember the sicker you get during the first months, the better chance to carry the baby to term you have... so be happy if you're struck with morning, or all day sickness...

Have you asked your doctor if a cervical stitch would help? For a miscarriage to occur at a late date like this a possible reason is an incompetent cervix. Although you have had successful pregnancies before you cervix can become weakend with each birth (making the cervix open much earlier than it should). In this pregnancy i would suggest asking your doctor if a cerclage (cervical stitch) would help. It is put in at around 12 weeks under local anesthetic and taken out at 36 weeks. It is a cord that wraps around your cervix similar to a purse string or and holds the cervix closed. Its worth mentioning it to your doctor, what have you got to loose. Good luck.

When you are pregnant with a girl isn't there a hormon that is more prevalent in your body? I believe there is, they also say that is why women tend to experience more morning sickness when carrying a girl. Do you think your body may not produce enough of this hormone to "house" a baby girl? Just a thought. I wish you the best of luck with this pregnancy! I hope your body will come through for you.

I'm so sorry for you, that is scary. Please ask specifically to be tested for lupus if you haven't been. There is a rare form of lupus that only bothers women in their 18-20th week when the placenta fails (my girlfriend has it) once it is found it is totally treatable.

There is also a form of anemia that only bothers girl babies, it depends on their blood type and yours. I'm sorry I don't know the name, but I would go to a specialist.

Did they do autospy's on the two that died? If so they may have found a reason as to why you miscarried. I am sorry it feels like you just can't have a girl. I wish you luck. Please make your doctor treat you as high risk so you can get extra care.
