No, this is just a rumor that someone jealous made up. Ciara can dance and sing, a double threat and some people dont like that. Plus she wears tight pants, and you can tell she doesnt. Please dont fuel this rumor, it could really hurt someone's feelings. I feel bad for ciara, she doesnt deserve this.

It is a rumor. She has said it before too. People dont want to listen though. She is engaged to a boy, so I doubt she is getting married with both parts.
