I have replaced the air filter under the seat and the spark plug and am still getting the same result. The atv sat in my shop for around 3.5 months. I will appreciate anything and everything.

Did you try draining the gas tank and putting fresh gas in it? Other than that the carburetor needs to be serviced, also check the fuel line for leaks.

Check for vaccumn leaks. Does the carb have an acceleartor pump? Check throttle cable adjustment.

might not be getting any fuel, check fuel. I don't know the anatomy of a atv, but it sounds like fuel, I could be wrong check oil pressure also.

Try cleaning out the carburetor.
