So I like a little sweetbread here and there is there really anything wrong with that? A roasted leg of Man or Woman here are there is that really that bad, espically with some good ol' BBQ sauce. A whole side of ribs with rice. Sounds Yummy doesn' it?
Maybe Liver with some Fava Beans?

To answer your question, no, it is not wrong to be a cannibal. Humans are a renewable food source who breed like, well, humans. I say go for the meaty ones, like Arnold Swartzniger. Lots of yummy protein. But avoid the models. Too stringy. And clowns taste funny. I'd love to come over for dinner some time. ^-^

Without getting into the legal and religious side of things.....
There DO appear to be some health issues surrounding eating one of the human proteins, it is able (even when thoroughly cooked) to affect the eater - in a vaguely similar way to the protein that cause BSE can also survive any amount of cooking.
Other than that, if you ignore the religious aspect and people were happy to donate themslves for re-consumption, then it is arguable no more wrong than eating pork or any other meat. However you would need to ensure that the person died and was processed almost immediately to ensure healthy meat was obtained.
It does still happen of course - both illegally without consent, illegally WITH consent (the German case a couple of years back when a guy consented to being eaten), and alegally (new word) without consent (certain tribes do still practice it occasionally if they get the chance)
The question to ask (though I suspect it would be pulled) was "who would try a little bit if they had the chance.........."

when I eat someone usually men , they enjoy the meal as much as I do , and the leg I am eating is not cooked , and they do not walk on it yummy yummy want too come too my house for some live leg ? no sauce just something that looks a lot like mayo
