I would bet it is safe to say that not only the United States, but all over England, where skinheads actually began...I wouldn't doubt if it occurs in all countries all over the world....The United States has many prejudices,..just as all countries in the world do.....Check the origin on Google or Yahoo...and you will find that they started during World War ll......in ENGLAND
