Definitely don't leave it on your face, it's harmful to the sensitive skin around your eyes.

Wash your face with a mild cleanser, then use eye makeup remover dabbed lightly over a cotton bud. Close your eyes and brush the cotton bud over your eyelid in sweeping motions, then open yuour eye and carefully sweep it over your lower eye. Repeat these two motions until you can see all the eyeliner has visibly been removed, then splash some warm water over your face and eyelids and pat dry with a towel.

I use quite a lot of eyelier every day, so I know what I'm talking about. Most makeup companies make eye makeup remover. Just go to the cosmetics section of your local chemist or variety store like Target and ask someone.

Hope this helps.

mary kay has a great eye makeup remover: http://www.marykay.com/color/eyes/10089100/10089100/default.aspx
you can order online or find a consultant in your area by clicking on the link at the top of the marykay page..

it's gentle and you can even use it on the inner lash line of your eyes.. it even has an overnight moisturizer in it to make the skin on your eyes smoothe that way the next day you don't have those icky skips or bumps when the skin bunches we all go through when applying our liner..

just take some cotton balls and a few q-tips and squeeze some makeup remover on them.. go over your entire lid and lashes 2-3 times w/a cotton ball until you get most off.. than take a q-tip and gently clean in between the lashes and where you line your eyes.. after you've gotten to where the q-tip is not picking up anymore liner or mascara, do another once over with a cotton ball to make sure you didn't leave any in you undereye area, that's a lot of times why people have dark circles under their eyes..

hope this helps!

you may positioned it the position your eyelashes commence to develop, and out in case you want extra. once you're putting it on your waterline or your tightline, (those are the great and bottom of your eyes that are closest on your honestly eyeball. it is continually moist and the position the eyeliner is going on least puzzling.) the eyeliner will probable come off through the great of the day because the water out of your eye is causing it to bypass and honestly be in part absorbed through your eye. that is both not lovable or danger-free. so once you're putting your eyeliner on your waterline, stop because it fairly is definitely one in each and each and every of the reason of why it would not live on. attempt making use of it extra on the honestly pores and skin round your eye. if that still would not help, it can only be that you've a warmth or oily pores and skin and the eyeliner isn't formulated that variety of pores and skin.

My friends wear tons of make-up and they use vaseline to remove the eyeliner and mascara. They put a medium amount on their eyes and then wipe off with tissue or cottonball. It may leave the eye a little greasy/shiny but it takes the makeup off.

I just use a washcloth with a tiny bit of soap on the area I am to use to wipe the eyeliner off. Cheap and easy. One less beauty product to have to keep track of. (uhm..the eye makeup remover that is.)

Baby oil. Takes off everything. Makes your face soft too. If you wear makeup, you should always wash it off before you go to bed. that way, you don't have to worry about it in the morning. You have a fresh face to start with and your pillowcases stay cleaner.

Go to the nearest store and in the make-up section there is liquid eye make-up remover. That is exactly what it is called. Several different brands make it. I personally like revlon make-up remover.

get a q-tip and put lotion on it. or baby oil. wipe UNDER YOUR EYE. be careful of how close to your eye you get. but that will take care of it. if you want to put start putting more makeup on, instead of using a q-tip, use a cotton ball.

i hope this all works out for you =]
