My Launchcast player is constanty tuning. I have checked the FAQ and did what it said to do.?

It still doesn't seem to be working. Help! I need to start listening to Christmas music!

I just downloaded IE 7 so maybe that has something to do with it? Please help.

I'm not sure what the FAQ says, but this is how you fix "Tuning...":

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options/General tab/Temporary Internet Files section/Settings button. When you get there, in the "Check for newer versions of pages" section, select the "Automatically" setting (instead of "Every visit to page"). Save that setting and then try your Launchast player again. It should work.

(These are instructions for IE 6. I haven't downloaded it yet, so I don't know if IE 7 is different.)
