I need this for a school project and I have a really old computer. Please count CPU and monitor. Thanks in advance!

you might be able to look at the power supply on the computer and see. every computer is going to be different. lcd will use less power than crt when it comes to the monitor

it really depends on the processor. A pentium 4 uses around 40 watts. It can use up to 100 watts on full usage. That is with the northwood core on 130NM process. A monitor usually uses 100watts.
