Where is the fuel pressure regulator located on a 1998 kia sephia?

what does fuel pressure regulator look like and how do i get to it.
#3 injector is not working and we put in another kia sephia and it works what could be the problem.

On the fuel pump in the tank. You can access the pump (called a "Fuel Delivery Module") if you remove the rear seat cushion.

Right at the end of the fuel rail. It is that round thing at the end.\

look at the fuel rail on the engine.it is round and has a vacume hose and fuel line hooked to it.
