The requirement to work where I do now, is that you are an MCSE with work on your CCNA. Any Netware certification will prepare you for Networking. You really should go for the A+ certification and then the N+ from CompTIA. Together they will get your foot in the door. I am just getting ready to sit my CCNA cert test and if you haven't been working with switches and routers it is harder than they tell you..
