that butch / femme thing... "Who's the man and who's the woman?" HELLO... I've never seen a man with a fanny!!

Well, I have a best friend that will discuss just about anything, so we get onto some odd topics . . .
The one that happens most is that liking anal penetration/stimulation makes you gay. Everywhere you go, people are mistaking it for homosexuality, and it's depressing.
Another is basically any stereotype about bisexuals (but maybe I notice those more because I'm bisexual and a little touchy on all the misconceptions).

I hate when "fruit flys" or "F*G hags" ask if I am a top or a bottom.. I would never ask someone I just met in a bar how they like to have sex.. It's just rude. And by asking that question they are trying to figure out your personality. A bottom being a queen and a top being the masculine. I am a "straight acting" guy that is gay. I prefer to top, but sometimes I might want to be on the bottom, but I don't feel this dictates my personality.

Hey i gotta agree wit the guy above me (at least i guess he's still the answer right above mine:-) I HATE that all women think just because im a lesbian that im attracted to ALL women! Sorry but N-O. Most of the ones who are afraid of that, I wouldnt touch with a 10 ft pole

Well, real friends know better....but sometimes I have to explain to acquaintances that gay men come in all varieties and I really don't need to be feminine to be gay.

Having to answer "Who is the man...?" drives me up the wall. That most gay men don't dress in women's clothing, that we don't fit one "type" that we are very diverse in every way.
