It's called VMK (Virtual Magic Kingdom), and it kind of goes side-by-side with the Disney Parks.
Don't be fooled by the bright colors and 3D characters that talk on the homepage; it looks like a kiddy game on the outside, but it can be a lot of fun once you get the hang of it.
If you have a problem with censored chat, or having your name be something like "Guest578321" for the first few days until Staff approves your name, no violence whatsoever, and having no mythical beasts (although there is some magic in the game) to battle, then don't even bother with VMK.
