Nature's Miracle is by far the best. I use it when I clean the litter box.
If you can afford to get washable floors, that's best.

I find that Nature's Miracle works best. It removes the odor and does not leave another odor in its place.
A cheaper but more time consuming method is this: pour white vinegar on the site and thoroughly soak it, and let it sit a while. Vacuum up with a wet/dry vacuum. Then pour water on it and vacuum it up a few times. Last, if the vinegar smell has not gotten out yet, mix some baking soda with water, pour it on, and vacuum it off.

Urine gone for pee messes.
Spot Shot for the brown kind.
I have two dogs and kids that don't know how to keep halloween candy off the floor so I have had my share of messes, I think that these two work best.

I like ZeroOdor - you can get it off the TV, or shopathometv.com, I think, or zeroodor.com. It's a spray, and it really neutralizes what the cats and dogs do. I even use it in my litter box after cleaning the box for a little extra 'help'.
