Open trunk. Pull back carpet. Twist out bulb holder. Remove and install new bulb.

Pop the hatch, could be somewhat acess panel if now not use a Torx or philips screw reason rigidity to eliminate the lens and do it like that,I honestly have a 1995 F-one hundred and fifty you should take the lens off,a mustang acess is interior trunk..
