Don't forget the exhaust pipe.

You will need a fuel supply or at least enough to fill the carb bowls
you will need the Ignition Module, Coils, Solenoid, Battery, and enough wire to correctly hook them up. Your also going to have to do something with the oil lines for the oilcooler.
After that (hopefully you have it securely propped up) choke it, make your battery connection, energize the solenoid to crank it
over.
It would be a major project, it would actually be much quicker to stick it back in the frame and start it there.

You don't. It's way easier putting it into the frame to start it than setting up the test rig.
