Soak in acetone nail polish. Whatever you do, don't pry them off. I tried.. almost my whole nail came of with it!

I wouldn't recommened getting acrylic nails anyway, because I've had problems with nail fungus every since I started wearing fake nails.

Soak in acetone nail polish remover and file away the softened part. It takes a while. If you just rip them off, it will really hurt your natural nails underneath.

Soak in 100% Acetone. It takes about 20 minutes. Once you get the "shine" off, you can start filing the rest off.
