Oral Sex from any female in my local area
Oral sex from my best friends mum (oops that wasn't spam ;o)
It's all rubbish delete it all !
You can tell the layout of spam emails when you get used to it - they normally come from goobledegook addresses such as joeblogs@lglkcfgxsl.com

Don't respond to it its a spam message mark it as spam or junk i get hundreds of emails similar to it in one of my email accounts and i block all the addresses

A response means your email address works and can be sold to other spammers.
