I'm afraid it's impossible to say unless you try it 1000 times, ejaculate into a container from which you can have the number of sperm measured. You can then calculate the average number of sperm produced each ejacultaion. Take the global population figure and divide it by the average number of sperm produced each ejaculation and you'll have as close to your answer as you're going to get it.

This is a weird question, but... If you're healthy and don't have any erectile or prostate dysfunctions, one ejaculation should produce on the order of ~ 300 million sperm, the current population is around 6.5 billion, so you'd have to do 21 ejaculations. However, remember that if done one after another, the subsequent ejaculations, following the first one, would not produce as much as the first. So, you'd have to space them out such that you were "recharged" each time , and freeze each sample so that they did not die out in the following minutes. If it wil fill a pint is dependent on the seminal fluid you can produce for each ejaculation which is separate matter entirely and is unique to each individual.

weel there are many factors to take into account. The amount of sperm in each ejaculation can vary greatly from between 20million to 600million depending on your age and testosterone levels amongst other things. And it takes a number of hours for sperm levels to bulid up again so if you are doing it several times a day each subsequent ejaculate will contain less sperm. But lets go on averages. The average ejaculate contains about 250million sperm cells if we assume that level does not decrease each time. The world population has now reached 6.5billion so i make that 26 times! Best do it a few more times though just in case your a little short of average!
