He's letting you down the cowardly way. He's moving on. It is likely he doesn't want to hurt your feelings and so won't tell you flat out. But, this way it will be harder for you to get over it. So, that said, let him know you deserve closure: to hear that it is over and perhaps even the reasons why. Take what he says without argument, respect yourself and move on. I know it must be difficult, my guess is you really cared about him or you wouldn't be writing this question. Pamper yourself. Find some daily affirmations to repeat to yourself to remind yourself of how great and perfect you are. You don't need someone else to love you when you love yourself. But, it sure is nice to be loved by others and this will come in time too. Good luck!
I want to add that maybe there's been a big misunderstanding. Maybe he thinks you are blowing him off and now he's blowing you off. Find out! Ask!
