The best way to deal with your disturbing dreams is to talk about them. Dream interpretation would only be someones wild guess... because when I dream of something, lets say a frog, it may mean I am looking for an attractive man to have a relationship with. Or.. it could mean that am nervous about something... or it could just be that I saw a frog that day and its image stuck with me. It could mean anything depending on the individual having the dream. When you have a dream that is bothering you, it could be some underlying issue that is affecting you on a concious or subconcious level - or maybe it is just a dream and nothing more. Some dreams can be pretty freaky, and the best way to "unload" it is to talk out them.

I have "disturbing" dreams too , but I was told that it could come from a bad memory from your childhood or recent relationships, or something disturbing that you have seen. and what do you mean by sick and twisted? as in killing someone? ;)
any way dont worry your head because of something that your own mind created. have you ever heard that syaing "mind over matter"?

desires are a continuation of your waking theory. whilst asleep your subconscious is patching mutually photos that evoke the comparable thoughts you experience whilst unsleeping. on your waking existence you're in a difficulty the place you experience you're doing something you're actually not meant to do to human beings or situations that are helpless and may be secure by utilising you. Drowning the gerbil, putting the fish in the cage, beating and drowning the swans, reducing off cats' heads all characterize your feeling which you're doing something taboo against others who're helpless. The waking existence problem isn't as dire or severe as is depicted on your desires.

Are you taking a new medication like Percocet or Vicodin? Those drugs are very well known for causing nightmares.

I get those kind also, But if you can realize its just a dream you can control it(sort of) to a limit. evrything seems so real because you brain is going through your memories and distroying unesisary information.
