You may want to ask a social worker. But i think you have the right to have contact with your children. No two ways about that. If you fail, which i know you would not, come and hire me and i will defend you to victory. Good luck mate

If you are referring to child welfare office.. and they are in your favor you should be ok. When you go to court you need to stress the facts of the good you can & will bring your children. Their job is to protect the children. If there is much bickering between the parents or they see any other sign as to why the children will not be safe, then that would be the reason why the child welfare office won't allow you to see the children. Work with them on whatever they (cwo) want to see changed, at least within reason. Hopefully if you go in with a fix it attitude you'll be able to see your children. Good Luck to you!

Good luck to you !My partner has gone through the same thing as you , his ex was a nasty piece of work when it came to the kids , she used them as a weapon against him , The court eventually awarded him access to the kid`s every weekend but she used to take them out before he got there , 7 Times he went back to court Then finally the judge ordered her to make sure the kid`s were there at the specified time if not she faced prison ! The court welfare officer`s were a waste of time , they seemed to side with the mother every time and the report`s , they made my partner sound as if he was unreliable and not coming for them ,( which was totally untrue ) But i can tell you one thing for certain , The kids know who is to blame and i am sure your`s will too , good luck i`m sure everything will work out fine for you , i have my finger`s crossed !!!!!!

I don't n where you live but in Scotland , they would have to prove that you are an unfit father for you not to have contact with your children, but as you are fighting this i think you have a good chance of getting access, in most case the mother custody of the children and the father has access, unless you can prove she is an unfit mother then the father can try to prove it is in the children's best interest to live with him. good luck
