Its the acid in it. It's only a small amount but it is a killer.

I think its hypocloride. Maybe less than 2%.

Bleach is a strong alkali and dissolves organic material just like acid. Fortunately, household bleach is only 10 %. he stronger concentrations are for laboratory use only.
What you can do is make solutions with varying concentrations of bleach such as half bleach half water, 3/4 bleach and 1/4 water, and so on. You can calculate the molarity of the bleach, ask how to do it or just follow your textbook.
Then spray each solution to a petri dish full of molds? You have to grow the mold first.
It is an icky project and you might want something else other than molds.

This website explains everything about chlorine bleach and how you shouldn't use it for cleaning. Might find that interesting

(example, but it gets way more scientific on the site)
Do NOT use Chlorine bleach to kill mold or disinfect moldy areas. It is not an effective or long lasting killer of mold and mold spores. Bleach is good only for changing the color of the mold and watering the roots of the mold.
