Monday and Thursday
Squats (or hack squats, or leg presses) 15-20 repititions
Lying Leg Curls 15-20 repititions
Leg Extensions 10-12 repititions
Calf Raises (alternate with seated calf raises) 15-20 repititions

Perform your first set with a light weight, and do 6-8 repititions NOT CARRIED TO FAILURE. This set will allow you to judge whether you're ready to do a heavier set by showing you any aches and pains that might stand in the way. The weight selected for your main set (perform only one set to failure with each excercise) will be heavy enough to ensure positive failure (the point where the weight can not be raised, despite your greatest effort) within the reps perscribed, but not so heavy that you need to do extensive warm-up sets. Maintain strict control and excercise form--no swinging or bouncing! The idea is the keep the tension on the working muscles so that they have something to adapt against. The intensity of each rep won't be so great as to stimulate much in the way of a size increase, but you will get moderate strength increases combined with being better able to store and use energy in the leg muscles. As the muscles strengthen, they will also help to stabilize the joints--which take a beating from running and quick changes of direction while on the field.

Run alot at your free time and practice your shots at least for two hours every day and you will get better. I know this because I play soccer for my High school Team.

you need to run more, push your self over the limit to build up your calf strength!!!!! practice kicking/ passing the ball more to get a stronger or further kick!!!!!

joggings, wear weights on ur ankles, go gym(use those machines that train ur legs muscles). All this increase ur legs muscles and stamina. This is how i train. Hope it helps.
